Wapaal processes account, contact, conversation, and usage data only to provide the service and features you enable.

Credentials and integration tokens are encrypted server-side. We do not sell customer data. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support.

We use the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta may process messages according to its own policies.
